Hi. I am in the referencing process for 2 prospective tenants and they both don’t have email addresses as they are quite elderly. I tried to use their daughters email address in the open rent referencing process but it wont allow me to add her email address for both tenants, only for one. How do I get around this? Do they have to create an email address each or is there another way? Any help appreciated.

if you proceed with these two, assume that you’ll be dealing primarily with the daughter for the entire tenancy, and that they won’t be proactive in making your life easier. Those are flags that I’d see waving at me if I encountered this at such an early stage. Just make sure you really want to go there.
