One of my tenants failed her referencing but she thinks it may be because she didn’t give enough addresses
Is there an option somewhere to pay £20 again and get her re-referenced?

You may be able to get feedback from the referencing company on why they failed. I used to phone and ask them when it was operated by one of ORs former providers.
