Hey you all,

  1. I am about to begin referencing for the first time of 2 optional tenants but it doesn’t allow me to continue as one of the tenants doesn’t have a UK number. How to fix it?

  2. One work in Hi-tech (he earns enough for both) and his wife doing her MBA. Is there any future problems you predict with the system or it should be fine?
    If so what shall I do / who to speak to.

Does it takes their combined earnings or check each one of them individually?

I’m not sure re: the phone number. One for the referencing company directly I think - their number should be on your dashboard.

My experience is if they can collectively pay the rent they will pass referencing. Neither of my tenants could, according to their reference check, pay the rent on their own but together it’s fine.
