He is a big landlord with it seems 72 properties with charges (mortgages) against them. 2 directors of significance. Their names are there ,with all 72 properties listed. Is the address you are after there ?

I’ve spoken to LL finally! He rang me this morning saying he’d been on holiday and not sure why no one has been in contact with me while he’s been away? I’m going to pick the keys up this afternoon

Glad to hear you are in… but once things have settled, you need to have a heart to heart with the LL over the way that the agency left you high and dry if they are managing the let. The LL will at least have paid the agent some sort of fee (if not an ongoing fee) and he needs to know they were uncontactable and did nothing to help you while he was away.

Thank you and yes I definitely will be and if not me my partner will be mentioning something as it wasn’t very profession al being left for 2 weeks, say we need him in future for something important about the house etc and can’t get hold of anyone that would be a worry
