Hi all, I currently have the following scenario on my OR referencing
My prospective landlord has said my guarantor will only cover the next 3 years which is correct so im thinking after the period has elapsed the only 1 count will be in the DRO box. Does anyone know what recommendation referencing will come back with in that situation?
