Hi all, I need advice on the tenancy agreement and referencing. We have two prospective tenants. The lead tenant has provided his name for referencing. But the other tenant has not provided the same. Is this acceptable and how does it work if the tenancy agreement is on both the names.

If agreement is in both names I would reference both
What’s the point of renting to someone you know nothing about
I would be very suspicious about that
I have rejected groups if all tenants don’t provide references
