I am currently in the process of completing the referencing and I got to the question about my previous tenancy “What is your monthly rental amount?”. I have been renting a flat with a rent of 1080£ per month, however, I lived with two flatmates. My question is, should I put as my “monthly rental amount” 1080£ (so the overall monthly cost) or 360£ (the amount I paid per month)?
