We are trying to rent a 3 person flat for 2200 a month.
Originally everyone failed referencing as the rent amount was set at £2200 each not £2200/3.
For 2 of the applicants this has now been corrected and their reference reports have been resent as passed. However the lead tenant report has not been changed and still says failed.
Why is this?
Also all 3 of us have guarantors who have passed referencing.
