I am a first-time landlord with my HMO coming up to the end of their AST’s.
I think most of them want to stay, but want to put the prices up in accordance with RPI.
As they all have good credit I was thinking of signing a 12-month contract for each, I don’t like to do anything longer in case they become problem tenants.
Do I do this new Tenancy agreement through OpenRent and sign a new contract with the new pricing?
