I’m looking for a house for 3 members family and one parrot, but I haven’t UK phone number yet, what can I do? I would like to plan everything well before I arrive at UK.

Very very unlikely that is going to work. LLs do not like renting to people they’ve not met in person. As you are coming from overseas and (I assume) are not British, you will have absolutely no credit score here, no previous references, no UK bank account and no UK work contract. And that’s before we even mention your visa status and right to rent (you won’t have a share code yet).
Suggest you look for temporary accommodation in/near to the areas you are wanting to live in (hotel/bnb) and then start looking in person when you arrive.
Get yourself a uk phone number.
And register with some agencies in the area.
You ll need proof of uk income, right to rent and to pass uk credit checks so get yourself a uk bank account and on uk electoral roll as soon as you arrive
Best bet is some temporary accommodation or staying with friends/family if an option.

Does the parrot need a share code?
No but will need an import license and health certificate… even if it’s only ‘resting’ ( (c). M. Python)

I had UK band account, and I had share code to proof I can rent a house in UK, maybe I come to UK as soon as possible to get the phone number first!

Yea, I understand, because too many scammers in the world!
That’s quite difficult to get credit score when I’m new in UK, I got UK band account and share code, as your said, agency ask me to meet in person.
Maybe I come to UK as soon as possible and live in hotel first!
