I increased rent from £475 to £535 as current market rent should be £600.
Tenant has paid £530 
Thinking of thanking them for payment but rent was increased to £535 so that needs to be paid from September or for the sake of £5 a month do I just let it go? Thanks in advance.
Just send a message saying " thanks for the payment but you have misunderstood the increase by a fiver short "
