Can anyone recommend a company that offers a competitive and reliable rent protection scheme? Just been stung for unpaid rent after tenant lost his job!! Don’t want same to happen with next tenants!!
Openrent offer a reasonably priced one but not used it yet. Pp planning v to with next tenants though as just had same thing happen!!
