Renting out a ground floor flat covered with scaffold

Hi All,

I just want some of your opinions on how it would affect renting if the building is currently covered with scaffolds on a ground floor flat with windows all facing south but currently lights got blocked and got little lights in.

The build itself has 4 blocks forming a square with a big courtyard in the middle and the flat at a corner diagnally facing the court yard on a ground floor at a south direction.

This is the property i am planning to invest in but is there any thing i need to be aware of? i.e. should ground floor flat be cheaper? you won’t rent out with scaffold? corner flat you don’t get lights? etc.

Any suggestion helps! Thanks in advance!
