I get a lot of enquiries from people representing companies that guarantee rent, and they rent it out to the council. One was for children with disabilities and their carers, one was for people who need short term accommodation. All paid by the council. In all cases, they pay for general maintenance and will return the home back to how it was.
Has anyone had experience with this types of rentals? Are they even legit? Stay away or worth pursuing?

I’m not desperate yet, but it seems there are lots of these type of rentals but all the advice says to stay away.
The property needs to be completely empty of everything apart from kitchen goods and they need to be new (with a receipt) . all furniture removed . You will need fire doors where required , child lock windows and a fire alarm attached to the mains which costs about 3000 Pounds to install
