We have a one bedroom flat in East London which we want to rent at the London Living Rent (GLA set) to Key Workers. Anyone have any experience of letting in this way. I’ve looked for specialist agencies but there is only one operating in South London.
Lloyds bank and the homeless charity Crisis have set up a letting agency. Have a look at that.

I thought there is a massive gap in the market here. There must be a lot of landlords out there who want to balance investment return with an ethical approach. Current rental market is just not good for anyone in the long term.
Be careful that you dont get people who rent at a reduced rate and then sub-let at a higher one. It happens.
