Hi all. I have been asked to rent a property to a company who are acting on behalf of a foreign national coming to work in the UK on a three year nursing contract. Can anyone advise on the different approach I need to take and considerations to be made if I want to pursue this opportunity? What questions should I be asking the company?

Don’t do it. You won’t have any of the protections of letting to an individual. Google both “letting to a company” and “rent to rent scam” to understand some of the problems.

Unless you get an iron clad contract with upfront rent for a long period, as well as higher rent and a commitment to repair damages/evict tenant at own cost I wouldn’t do it. And only then if it is a reputable company.
