I am finding it almost impossible to reply to a voicemail received from a prospective tenant does anyone know I can reply this I’m finding very frustrating Regards Chris
What problem are you having?
Dont you just listen to it, and ring them back, like a tradition answer phone message? Did they leave their telephone number as part of the message?
No there is no number supplied and the caller never left a number it appears you can only reply via the text reply service as no other options are available via the dashboard I’ve replied via the text service and no response so unsure if the prospective tenants are receiving I don’t like a one way telephone voicemail service it’s rubbish
So you listened to their voice message & they didn’t give you their telephone number?
Things may have changed, but if the tenant left a voicemail without leaving their telephone number, then how do they expect you to contact them. Bin the enquiry & move on!
