In my account, I enabled the SMS for viewing request at any time. It worked for the first one but I didn’t get a SMS for the 2nd viewing request which was raised two hours by the time I checked my dashboard.
Might be a bug somewhere in the system.

Hi @stt106 - Thanks for your message.
I can see for your last two enquiries, you were on your dashboard / messaging screen already, and as such we didn’t send the notification. We’ll only send the notification if you’ve not been viewing enquiries via the website already, and we batch up enquiries to ensure landlords aren’t being sent emails / SMS’ extremely frequently. We’ve tested this behaviour over the years and it seems to be the best balance for landlords (and tenant responses) - so just be aware it might take up to 3 hours before an enquiry notification reaches you.
