Hii.i want to know about my rest amount to pay

First month rent +
Deposit +
Pro rata rent +

So we already paying pro rata rent payment tuen why need to pay first month rent?

Have you signed a rental contract? Are the amounts you need to pay not detailed on the contract?

This doesn’t make sense. Perhaps English isn’t your first language.

Typically, when you move into a property, you pay the first month’s rent and the deposit (max of five weeks rent currently). If you’ve paid a holding deposit, the total should be less the holding deposit amount.
