S.8? Predictions hearing Mon 16th

I was wondering, what your predictions are on a section 8 hearing conducted this Monday at Willesden CC.

The Tenant played the system, however, has Renter touching two months.
Filed bogus defence throw Lots of mud in the air regarding disrepair Discrimination etc.

So where do I stand Am I looking for and Adjournment or a P Order??

I suspect that the tenants principal claim will be disrepair. Your success rate will depend on the quality of your evidence. If you take with you copies of your regular inspection regime reports detailing the condition of the property after each, that will help. Better still if you emailed them to the tenant each time, asking if there was anything you’d missed and got a helpful reply from the tenant. Without any evidence to counter the tenants claims, theres a strong chance the case will be adjourned.
