Section 8 Notice

Hi,
My tenant is now two months in arrears and used stolen ID to obtain the tenancy agreement.
I have spoken to a free legal advice line today in regards to serving a Section 8 Notice.
I am going to serve the notice on the grounds of 8, 10, 11 & 17.
I need to know the exact wording for the above grounds.
Can anyone help me with this ?

there you go a bad tenants list may have stopped this . He will now go on to do this to someone else.

Stolen DVLC to obtain a new sofa, tenancy agreement and Amazon accounts.
Very frustrating as we have a new situation now aswell.

Exactly Colin and this is fraud obtaining a sofa Amazon account etc.We all need to work together on this and may be we can start a list with all members if OR don’t want to be involved.
What are your thoughts?
