Hi! I am looking for somewhere to live for myself and my son to start renting within this month.
I am a nurse and work full time, able to provide a guarantor and a reference from my present landlord.
I do receive top up from housing benefit - I know that not all are happy to accept but I have always paid my rent on time!
I Can pay up to £1650pcm.
I would be really grateful if anyone has anything and would be happy to discuss renting to me please get in touch.
London is pretty big and can take ages getting from one part to another. Do you have any specific areas you’re looking for?

Hello Mita. Thanks for your response. I am currently living in Bayswater so am looking for somewhere ideally in west or north west London. I have done the usual putting in search parameters on the different sites but I have not had any luck so far! Because I am working in London and also doing my masters I really want to stay here !
I have a property coming up in November in Herts 30 miles north of London which does have good transport links but probably too far ?
