Selling on service charge debt

Hi. As a collective group of owners/shareholders in our not for profit property management company, we have one owner who has refused to pay his service charge for many years. Until now, no formal action has been taken. Does anyone know if we can sell the debt on and leave it to the experts to collect? We have documentation in the leaseholder agreement and evidence of demands that have been sent out.
