Sending id to a landlord

I have messaged a landlord on Facebook and they have confirmed i can move into their home and deal with Openrent for payments and key exchange.
However, they have asked me for my id details and want me to send them my driving licence detulad to send to Openrent as a potential tenant.

The property isnt listed on here to rent so i am a little concerned. Can i speak to Open rent about the property?

Stinks of scam. Facebook is full of them.

Have you even viewed the property? Do not hand over any ID until you have viewed. Spoken on phone?

Imagine a landlord offering a property to anyone before even referencing and credit checking them. It’s not even listed on openrent!
