Just wondering if the signing of the contract is straight forward. Unsure about e-signatures. I assume that the tenants and landlord’s identity is confirmed by OpenRent and it is straight forward process - receive an email and confirm the contract terms electronically? Or is there something else involved / do you need an actual electronic signature?
Your advice would be appreciated.
Both sides have agreed to sign the contract on a specific date so want to make sure that it is practical.
