Landlord is unable to do digital signature

Hello,

I have signed the contract, but the landlord is saying when she clicks Agree on the contract page nothing happens. She has used a tablet and a laptop and it does not work. Is there a way that we could do a wet signature? It has been 2 days of trying to deal with this and I am supposed to move in under a week.

Are there any issues with the signature feature in certain browser or device? Any tips you can provide?

That sounds odd.

Either something is wrong with the landlord’s tech skills or s/he is only saying it doesn’t work for whatever reason.

The landlord should call Openrent up and resolve it. Not wait two days
