I have got to the stage where Open Rent has generated a sample contract (downloaded PDF), but I can’t see how I progress to the next stage of signing online, passing the contract to the tenants to sign. Any adivce?
They cannot replicate the signing with the sample tenancy. When you do it for real they first send it to the tenants to sign which they do by just opening the document and clicking on the signature box and the system generates a digital signature. You will immediately receive a notice for you to do the same.

I have the same problem. I wish it was obvious to me! I have filled in all the info and want to issue the contract to the tenants for signing but can’t work out how to do this. The only option I’m given is to ‘save and preview the contract’ which allows you to download it but not to issue it. I can’t seem to move on to ‘contract signing’. Any suggestions would be very welcome. Thanks
I’ve issued loads via the system, and it has always seemed obvious, and straight forward. The last 2 about 1-2 months ago. Has something changed?
