I have recently found out that the tenant moved his girlfriend, twins and dog in. He is now denying this, what can I do?
report to council to stitch him up on council tax and serve notice to a liar

Yes I agree with Colin.
For health and safety It’s not good and as a single person he would be claiming the single person discount.
I cannot stand when tenants lies and I have met a few in my life.
