Hi, I’m looking to speak to landlords who rent primarily to students (and so will likely have them on fixed-term September-September/July contracts) about their experience during this cost of living crisis. Mainly, I’m interested in knowing how it has affected your income from the properties you own, and whether you intend on increasing the rent substantially when the contract of your current tenants ends.
