I’ve arranged a Gas Safety certificate and am receiving messages but cannot see how to reply to them! The messages are coming through my emails.

It looks like you might have created multiple accounts with OpenRent by mistake. Make sure you are logged into the account receiving the emails, and you will be able to see the messages.
- Log out of OpenRent here: OpenRent | Property To Rent From Private Landlords
- Log in using the email address you ordered the gas checks with (and that we’re sending emails to): OpenRent Simple LogOn
