Support accomodation

Hi

I have advert my 3 bed property and got a viewing from a company who use the rented property for supportive accommodation. Working with council for vulnerable people.

Property is ex council house in council estate and he was saying it is not HMO as less than 5 rooms.

what is the best option for me and does it a rented or lease

It sounds like he doesnt understand the law.

not the amount of rooms but WHO is in and their relationship to each other that counts as an HMO
