Previously we have let properties on a private basis under an AST. We now have set up an Ltd with one property we intend to let to private tenants.
Does OpenRent service this contract? Is there any difference or is it still an AST?

No change, but when you issue the contract, fill in the ‘advanced/optional’ field about signing on behalf of the Ltd Company

Does the company own the property? If not then whats the advantage of using it?
Yes the Ltd owns the property.
