The tenant tested positive with cov19 for all the family in the house and are self-isolating. He called to say that shower is not working. I wonder how the workman can access for the repair. I would suggest him that they have to wait for the end of self-isolation so that it will not spread to someone else. Is that reasonable?
Yes, that is the law. Workmen can not enter whilst they are self isolating.
