Tenant leaving mid month

Our tenants have given two months notice (as per contract break clause) but the date they move out is mid month. I use OpenRent rent collection service. Will they adjust the final payment accordingly or do i need to do something?

Thanks for your question.

Yes, as soon as you let us know the end date that you’ve agreed with the tenants the rent owed for the final payment will automatically update.
