Any advice/experience receiving rental payment via PayPal pls?
So long as rent is paid, why should it make any difference.
Paypal safeguards both buyer and seller. So if you found when you moved in that it was not as you saw or as described you can claim it back.
If you are using PayPal for business purposes, they are likely to charge, so I would avoid it.
Could the tenant make a claim on PayPal for a return of the money? Personally I wouldn’t take the chance. Why can’t they pay ‘normally’?

Yes, as they are not paying a family or friend the seller I.e the landlord would have fees deducted. I wouldn’t allow this.
