My contract is waiting to be signed but one of the two tenants are listed as a guarantor even though they passed the referencing , how can I change their status to tenant…?

The simplest way to do this is to go to your contract signing page and click “Edit Contract”. From there you can remove the “guarantor” and then re-add them as a tenant. Hope that helps.
