Hi just a quick one, my tenants did a moonlight flit oweing rent.
No idea where they have gone, but they have left house in a mess and some belongings.
According to a neighbour they sneak back at different times to remove items they want.
Plus whilst living there they changed the locks so I can’t get in.
Any advice please
Send them a text/email and post a note through the door offering the waive the arrears if they will sign an immediate deed of surrender.
