Hi. My tenants gave me notice a month ago. They are due to move out this Sunday. Their place hasn’t gone through and are now dragging their feet and haven’t confirmed a check out time. I have a new tenant and now I’m worried what to do. Thank you

This seems like ridiculous advice. Why should a landlord allow for a void just in case their tenants decide to play silly buggers?
so you sign up a new tenant and the old ones dont move out.“dragging their feet” Who will be ridiculous now? You can have it all prepared witha tenant but to signup with a signature and MAYBE the old tenants dont go shows ridiculous
