How can I add an extra month or half months deposit to My Deposits, if tenants want a dog?
Thay are only 4 months into their present AST contract.

they have paid 5 weeks deposit already (the maximum) ?? You cannot add any more on

Up the rent instead. 5 weeks deposit max.
