Hi! We’re about to put up our listing for a flat in central Edinburgh.
Do Openrent do “To Let” boards in Edinburgh now? It is absolutely essential for us to have a board, because of strong foot traffic. If OpenRent don’t cover Edinburgh for boards - Can I get a PDF or whatever to get my own board printed ASAP?

if that’s the case, why use an online forum at all? Just shove up your board with your phone number and presto. In actual fact, I think you’d be surprised how little difference a board makes. You might have a lot of footfall but very few of those people are going to be in the market for a flat and even fewer of them in the market for your flat and only one of them suitable. It’s highly likely that anyone who is walking past is already doing it virtually with alerts set on Rightmove etc so that when your place pops up they’ll be in touch.
Ad boards are as much if not more about promoting agency brands than they are about the actual property.
I have had my own made for £15 double sided But I am in England so search the net
