I feel that it would be important to have more choice when choosing preference in furnished or unfurnished.
It should have 2 more choice,
preferably furnished and preferably unfurnished.

I feel when you choose I don’t mind is a bit careless and MUST BE furnished or NOT,
may loose possible places to see what you would really go for and either way you would like.

I don’t understand what you are asking.

There are currently filters for furnished only, unfurnished only, or both

What improvement are you asking for?
