I’ve tried about 4-5 times today with mine and my partner’s account to pay our deposit and rent for a new tenancy. I’ve gone through all the steps and reach complete payment where the Truelayer service says there is an error and cancels the whole thing. I saw in another topic that someone had a similar problem. Openrent, can you help me please?
