Truelayer Error OBA52

I am trying to pay my deposit for a flat I am due to move into and the Truelayer bank transfer option is giving me an error.

I have already spoken to Truelayer who advise that this issue needs to be raised with OpenRent.

When I go to pay through the Gmail app link, this opens up Google chrome on android, and I am asked what bank I use. I choosd my bank and this then opens the banking app. In my case, barclays.

I then get asked which account I want to make the transfer from, and when I click confirm I recieve the error


This then closes the app, the transaction does not go through and I am unable to pay.

Can anyone help?
