Well been a landlord for 35 years and now another 2 bed is going on the market next week and being valued tomorrow.
When I started out it was good fun and good growth but now it’s a constant b*** ache and the gov don’t help and due to bad health I’ve used a agent for the last 6-7 years and they were good but since the tenants fee ban they have gone money mad and I’ve had more running’s in the last 12 months than the whole 7 years
Feel sorry for tenants, the good ones but it’s look after number 1 time now , 3 more to go and off to Spain!
