If I upgrade with portal advertising and pay the £29, and later want to advertise on Rightmove as well, is the price still £79? Is there a reduced option since I already paid the £29?

I can confirm that no reduced rates are offered for advertising, so you won’t pay more than initially advertised to upgrade to Rightmove.
