Hi everyone,
I applied for a property, paid a holding deposit, and it was taken off the market. However, I’ve just found the exact same flat listed again under a different landlord’s name.
Before I pay advance rent, has anyone experienced this? Is my money safe and what should I do?

did you pay thru openrent?
Report both listingsto OR. Save copies of both listings and send to the council
If you paid through Openrent your £ should be safe as they don’t hand over to LL (like rest of 1st month rent) till up to 10 days from move in
