Please how can I make a complaint to open rent, any phone contact? My children’s welfare is at risk.

If you are worried about you childrens safety, then please contact social services and the police as a matter of urgency

I know my reply is quite late but I would so advise you to take as many photos as possible, whatever the issue is, so you can back up your story. Photos don’t lie!
