I’ve only been with Openrent for 1 year and the current tenant may not renew. How can I stay with Openrent? I don’t live near the property so can’t do the viewings myself for new prospective tenants. Does Openrent offer a service for doing the viewings?
No, the basis of Openrent is that it helps Landlords manage their own tenant find. If you want someone to do this for you, then I guess you’d need to use an agent or a company that only does viewings
