I rent a a property this week,when move in i found full house of bedbugs, i tell to agent but he said he will call pest.control which will come after 1 week and it will take time 10 days more , so i asked where should i sleep this 15 days and all my things bags and baggage should keep, he said i dont know what i can do. We keep contact and saying i dont have place to sleep and go ,we already paid rent and deposit, you have to give us hotels or any place to sleep untill sorted out.
Now my question what the agency should for us by legally. And what i can asked for to do by law.
I am very new about this and dont know what to say, i cant live with bedbeds, and if i stay with my all things that will be all attack by bedbugs too.
I asked to agency that i will not pay this month rent as we are not sleeping.
Pls advice me if anything have any idea.
