I have no unsatisfied adverse credit. A satisfied CCJ and defaults. Referencing was passed but landlords advised by open rent to proceed with caution. I do not have a guarantor, I have very good references from my previous landlord and a high salary.

What would you advise I do to secure a tenancy? I have been trying for some months now to no avail.

Look for less desirable properties. You’ll always lose out to stronger applicants.

Get a guarantor, even if it is a guarantor company.

Wait until your satisfied ccj disappears.
